Egypt words

Alexandria - Alexandria is a Egyptian city that was built for Alexander the Great. 
Crown - These are what the rulers of Egypt wore on their heads.
Clepatra - The Ptolemies called most of their daughters Cleopatra.
Famine - During the reign of Cleopatra, there were some years of famine throughout the country.
Horus - One of the Ancient Egyptian gods.
Isis - Another ancient Egyptian godess.
Kings - The men who ruled Ancient Egypt where called kings.
Nile - This is one of the biggest rivers in the world, running through Egypt.
Osiris - Isis's husband and another god.
Ptolemy - Cleopatra's surname.
Pyramids - These landmarks are at Giza, and other places in the world.
Queen - There where also queens of Egypt, too.
River - The Nile was the great river that is basically Ancient Egypt's live source.


There are many other words to do with Egypt - But these are good to start off with.
